  • While Matt Jackson Antiques has had several physical locations over the years, we are currently focused on showcasing this online gallery. However, for those that prefer to browse in person, we do several have a wide selection of antiques not included in this gallery on display at Salt Marsh Antiques in Rowley, MA. Please note that this is a large shop with many individual vendors. Look out for the Matt Jackson Antiques signs in our five spaces, locations described below. If you are looking for something specific, please use our contact form to let us know so we can be as helpful as possible! We also participate in seasonal antique shows across the region.     Matt Jackson Antiques Locations at Salt Marsh

    Space 1: The first space you see when you walk in the front door, straight ahead and hugging the right side of the staircase. The space continues all the way to the back wall, not including the side rooms on the right side.

    Space 2 and 3: In the back left corner of the ground floor, the two adjoining spaces along the left wall at the top of the staircase that leads to the lower level.

    Space 4: On the lower level, the corner space under the staircase.

    Space 5: On the upper level, one of the middle spaces along the front wall of the building.

  • Yes! We ship items across the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • If you would like to see an item in person pre-purchase, we are available for in-person showings by appointment only. Please use the contact form to coordinate a time. Please include your availability and any other relevant information or questions.

    Please note that unless you place an item on hold, we cannot guarantee that it will still be available, even if you have made an appointment to see it in person. Items will remain listed for sale unless a 20% non-refundable hold deposit is placed on the item. For more information, please see the response to the FAQ “Can I Place An Item On Hold Until I Can See It In Person?” below.

  • Yes! We will place a 10 day hold on any item for a 20% non-refundable deposit. Please use the promo code “HOLD” at checkout to be charged 20% of the total cost, and use our contact form to schedule an in-person showing or request additional information. The remaining full balance will be expected at the agreed upon time or by the end of the 10 day hold to complete the purchase. If we do not receive correspondence from you by the end of the 10 days, your hold will be removed and the item will be re-listed as available. A hold deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • Some of our items may be listed as "local pickup only" for various reasons, often because the object may be unusually heavy or irregularly shaped, making shipping more challenging than usual. More details about local pickups are listed at checkout. If you are interested in one of these items and are absolutely unable to arrange for an in-person pick up, please use our contact form to reach out and discuss potential options. Please also be advised that our inventory rotates and the items listed on this website may not always be on public display at Salt Marsh. If you wish to see a specific item in person, please see the response to FAQ “Can I View An Item In Person Before Purchasing?” to learn more about how to schedule a viewing.

  • If you are a Massachusetts dealer and wish to be exempted from sales tax, please use the discount code “DEALER” at checkout. Then, fill out Form ST-4, Sales Tax Resale Certificate and submit the form within 24 hours of purchase. You can submit the form using our contact page here, or by email at mattjacksonantiques@gmail.com. Please clearly indicate which item(s) you intend to purchase in your message. Once we have reviewed your submission, we will contact you by email when your order is ready to be processed for shipment or pickup. Please note: if you use the DEALER discount code but do not submit Form ST-4, or you submit an incomplete or inaccurate Form ST-4, your order will be canceled and refunded.

  • We strive to ensure that our pictures and descriptions accurately convey the condition of the items. As such, all sales are final. We do not sell items on a trial basis, and we do not accept returns. If you have any questions about an item, please call or e-mail before purchasing.

    Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. We pack each item with care, and include shipping insurance and tracking information on every order for this reason. Should your item arrive damaged, please initiate a claim with the shipping service you selected at checkout using the tracking information provided.
