Trio of Oil-on-Board Costa and Conti Paintings
Three antique unsigned oval oil-on-board portraits, one with intact label on reverse reading "Medal of Distinction Italian Exibition [sic] of 1861. Costa & Conti, Artists, Florence.” The paintings are of Vandyke (1599-1641), Michelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564), and Raphael (1453-1520), and are labeled in writing on the reverse of each. The paintings are roughly 8.75 to 9 inches tall by 7 inches wide.
